SHIPPING POLICY

At WellCare SG, all orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and shipped with tracking details provided once dispatched. Standard delivery within Singapore takes 2–5 business days, while international orders may take 7–14 business days depending on customs clearance. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day, and during peak seasons or promotions, shipping may take slightly longer due to higher order volumes. While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier or customs issues beyond our control; if your order does not arrive within the stated timeframe, please contact us with your order number. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, and re-delivery charges may apply if a parcel is returned due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts. Free delivery promotions, when available, will be clearly stated on our website.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At WellCare SG, we value your trust and aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully:

Eligibility for Return & Refund

You may request a return or refund if:

  • You did not receive your product within 14 business days from the order date.

  • You received a wrong item or a defective product.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the returned product is inspected and confirmed.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges if:

  • You received a different product than what you ordered, or

  • The product was damaged during delivery.

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Products not purchased directly from WellCare SG Official Store

  • Orders exceeding the 14-day refund window

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Care team at wellcaresg within the eligibility period.

  2. Provide your order number, product photo, and reason for return/exchange.

  3. Our team will review your case and guide you on the next steps.

Important Notes

  • Delivery delays caused by courier services do not qualify for refunds unless the delay exceeds 14 business days from order date.

  • Shipping fees for returns (if applicable) will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or wrong items.

  • WellCare SG reserves the right to update this policy when necessary.
